How we publish

Our guides are created to help real event hosts. Artificial intelligence helps us research, structure and draft them; the onesnap team owns the final result.

People first, search second

Every article must answer a useful hosting question in plain language. We reject thin, repetitive or keyword-stuffed drafts, and we do not promise rankings or pretend that search visibility is guaranteed.

No invented social proof

We never invent testimonials, reviews, customer stories, ratings or usage statistics. We also do not name competitors in generated articles. Product claims are limited to a maintained set of facts that the live onesnap product can support.

No customer photos

Customer and guest photos are never available to the publishing system. Articles may use properly licensed images from Pexels, Unsplash, iStock, the reviewed onesnap asset library, or an original AI-generated illustration. Where a source requires credit, it is shown beside the image.

Research and corrections

Current factual claims are grounded in sources captured during research and linked at the end of the article. Automated checks block unsafe markup, missing image provenance, unsupported statistics and policy violations before publication. We may update, correct or remove any article when the product or source material changes.

Byline

Articles are published by the onesnap team. The AI-assistance note is displayed on every generated article.
