Do guests need to download an app?

No. The onesnap camera runs entirely in the browser. Guests scan the QR or open the invite link to start shooting. It’s easy!

What happens if the venue has poor connectivity?

Every photo is saved to the guest’s device first, then synced automatically when a connection is available. Capturing never waits on the network.

Why is there no preview after I take a photo?

That’s the disposable-camera feeling. You trust the moment and wait to see the roll when it develops.

When can we see the photos?

The event host chooses when the roll develops. This can be instantly, at midnight, or when the event ends. Until then the gallery stays locked.

How many photos can each guest take?

The host sets a shot limit per guest (12, 24, or 36) just like a real film camera.
