Event Hosts

Event Participants

3. Photos, Videos and Event Content

onesnap is designed to allow participants to contribute content to shared event galleries.

When content is uploaded:

  • copyright remains with the uploader;
  • the content becomes part of the event collection;
  • the event host may view, download, store, retain, print, share, and use the content as described in our Terms of Use;
  • other event participants may view content shared within the event.

Because event content may be downloaded or retained by hosts and participants, removing content from onesnap may not remove copies already downloaded or retained by others.

4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

onesnap does not intentionally collect or retain:

  • GPS location data embedded in photos;
  • camera EXIF metadata;
  • device-identifying photo metadata; or
  • biometric or facial recognition data.

We do not perform facial recognition.

We do not use uploaded photos to identify individuals.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide and operate onesnap;
  • create and manage events;
  • process uploads and downloads;
  • authenticate users;
  • provide customer support;
